Terms and Conditions

    1. Acceptance of Terms
      By accessing and using Durrah Nation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
    2. Program Enrollment
      a. All program enrollments are subject to availability.
      b. By enrolling in a coaching program, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program details and meet any prerequisites specified.
    3. Payment and Refund Policy
      a. Payment for coaching programs is required at the time of enrollment.
      b. Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons or change of mind after enrollment.
      c. Refunds will only be considered if the coaching program is delayed by more than 21 days beyond the initially communicated schedule.
    4. Refund Eligibility
      a. Refund requests must be submitted through the contact us page within 7 days of the program delay.
      b. Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Durrah Nation.
      c. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    5. Intellectual Property
      a. All program materials, including but not limited to content, videos, and documents, are the intellectual property of Durrah Nation.
      b. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of program materials is strictly prohibited.
    6. Participant Responsibilities
      a. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any requirements specified for the coaching program.
      b. Durrah Nation is not responsible for any technical issues on the participant’s end that may impact their ability to access the program.

Program Delivery and Limited Refund Eligibility

a. By enrolling in a coaching program with Durrah Nation, the client acknowledges and agrees that all coaching plans and related materials are manually created and customized specifically for each individual client.

b. The client understands and agrees that program preparation and delivery may take up to twenty-one (21) business days from the date of enrollment and submission of all required client information.

c. Due to the customized nature of the service and the manual work involved, all sales are final once the program has been delivered. Refunds will not be issued based on personal opinion, dissatisfaction, perceived quality, change of mind, lack of results, failure to follow the program, or failure to utilize the coaching service.

d. The client acknowledges that the effectiveness and quality of a coaching program cannot be reasonably evaluated without proper implementation and adherence over a meaningful period of time. The client understands that a minimum period of three (3) months is required to fairly assess the coaching service and results.

e. The only circumstance under which a refund request may be considered is if Durrah Nation fails to deliver the coaching program within twenty-one (21) business days beyond the originally stated delivery timeframe.

f. Any refund request related to delivery delays must be submitted in writing through the official contact page within seven (7) days following the delayed delivery period.

g. Except where required by applicable law, refunds remain at the sole discretion of Durrah Nation and, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Minimum Commitment and Recurring Billing Authorization

a. By enrolling in any coaching program, the client agrees to a mandatory minimum commitment period of three (3) consecutive months.

b. The client authorizes Durrah Nation to automatically charge the payment method provided at enrollment for the recurring monthly payments associated with the coaching program.

c. Enrollment in the coaching program constitutes agreement to complete all payments associated with the mandatory 3-month term, regardless of participation level, personal circumstances, satisfaction, or usage of the service.

d. Once enrolled, the client may not cancel, reverse, dispute, or stop the scheduled recurring payments during the mandatory commitment period.

e. Failure to communicate, check in, follow the coaching plan, or actively participate in the program does not remove the client’s financial obligation for the agreed minimum term.
