I was unhappy with the way I looked and felt. I lacked the knowledge I needed to reach my goals, and had no one to guide me in the right direction. When I was 19 years old, I decided to make a change. I had someone create a customized fitness plan for me. Once I started, I couldn\u2019t stop. This was the start of everything for me. With my newfound confidence, I could overcome any obstacle and accomplish any goal.<\/p>\n
After several attempts, I became the first in my University history to win the University and Collegiate Nationals in bodybuilding back in Egypt. That was my fifth show, in 2009. Fast forward to August 18th, 2012\u2026 I win the Canadian Nationals as a middle weight. This was a huge milestone for me. Fast Forward to 2017, I win the North America Legacy Cup, and turn Pro! One year later, I win a Pro show, compete at the Mr. Olympia, and become recognized as one of the top contenders on the planet in my sport!<\/p>\n
I was ecstatic with the person I was becoming and the lifestyle I was building for myself. I wanted others to feel that same rush of accomplishment. I was so motivated to help others reach their goals even FASTER and EASIER than I did.<\/p>\n
